SUMMARY:National Public Lands Day: Creek Bash at Jesse Jones Park
DESCRIPTION:Come join Bayou City Waterkeeper for the Jesse Jones Creek Bash Wetland Walk on September 27\, 2025! We will be meeting at the Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center at 9:00am to start this walk. For more information\, contact alenka@bayoucitywaterkeeper.org. \n“Join us to help keep Spring Creek clean and make a positive impact on our shared environment by picking up trash along the banks. Guests from Bayou City Water Keeper will start us off with a broad look at litter across our community\, before we head out and pick it up! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants can earn volunteer service hours for community organizations and Texas Master Naturalists. Wear closed-toed shoes\, long pants\, work gloves and bring a water bottle.
