​​Rachel Powers (Treasurer) was recently the Executive Director of the Citizens’ Environmental Coalition, working to foster dialogue and collaboration on environmental issues. Previously she was the Senior Environmental Planner at Houston-Galveston Area Council and the Community Services Coordinator at Harris County Flood Control District. Rachel joined the board in 2019.
