State of the Watersheds: Metro Atlanta Urban Watersheds Symposium

Bayou City Waterkeeper Co-Executive Director Ayanna Jolivet Mccloud will join Dr. Rachel Scarlett as a keynote speaker at the fifth annual Metro Atlanta Urban Watersheds Symposium.
Hosted by the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance, this year’s symposium explores the theme “Watersheds Rising: People, Purpose, and Power.” The interactive gathering will bring together community organizations, environmental advocates, students, and watershed stewards for conversations about environmental justice, climate resilience, and collective action.
Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout activities, and networking, participants will consider how people and partnerships can help communities confront watershed challenges and shape more resilient futures.
